Your deposit will be refunded if you give a 24 hr notice prior to your appointment time, otherwise, NO refund will be issued and cannot be applied to any other date.

Results are not guaranteed, however contact Practitioners Community Care within 5 days of procedure if you are dissatisfied with your results. Please send a photo with your explanation of your complaint. Although results cannot be guaranteed for any of the procedures. Primary Community Care will review the specifics of your case and attempt to rectify the complaint.
